Schwabing doesn't end at Münchner Freiheit! A guided walk through the new city quarter "Schwabinger Tor" with background information and unusual insights.
Schwabinger Tor on Leopoldstrasse in Munich-Schwabing – a new urban quarter has been created that already provides space for future ways of living and working. With a total of nine buildings, a new place for living, working, experiencing and shopping is emerging. Schwabinger Tor, during its construction phase one of the largest inner-city building projects in Germany, follows the idea of sharing as a vision of an urban lifestyle. The motto "Talents. Sharing. Tolerance." is reflected in specific offers such as car sharing, co-working, a sharing app for tenants or the specific promotion of start-ups and the arts.
Steffen Warlich, press spokesman for the Jost Hurler Group, the owner of Schwabinger Tor, will guide visitors through the new urban quarter and share insights on its history, architecture and manifold uses.
