Hannes Gumpp

Hannes Gumpp studied industrial design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart and has since gained experience in a wide range of design professions.

In 2014, he developed the format Grantler`s Corner together with Sarah Dorkenwald.

Since 2016, Hannes Gumpp has been working in the Chair of Industrial Design at TUM. He realised new exhibition projects and cooperations with: Die Neue Sammlung – The Design Museum as well as with agencies in the field of brand identity. If design takes place in a scientific context, he is particularly interested in the role of the artefactual at this interface – in the characteristics of information in the form of visual and physical form.
