By employing a wide range of methodologies, such as usability testing, interviews, workshops, and focus groups, I can rapidly identify key pain points and transform the customer experience for any product or service. You can always design more features, but you’ll find the truly valuable solutions only through testing.
Since 2017, I have performed user research and UX evaluations for a wide range of products and clients. I have experience in managing projects, moderating user testing and interviews, analyzing data, and conducting training sessions in both the public and private sector.
