Change is something we often postpone, especially as it relates to our careers and jobs. Is now the right time to try something new, find a new company, start our own business? Speaker Paolat De la Cruz, a Senior UX/UI designer, shares her story of change and resilience and what it took to establish herself in the German design market when she moved from the Dominican Republic to Munich.
From new job profiles to what is expected of designers in an international environment, and the evolution of design into what is now UX/ UI– the design market is changing at an unstoppable pace. Paolat will talk about how she adapted her outlook and her skills, and found her NOW moment to change careers.
