Veronica Ranner

Veronica Ranner is a transdisciplinary designer and artist working on the intersections between science, technology and ecology. In her practice, she develops speculative scenarios and experimental methods that explore the collective designing of futures. Her work examines the configurations, infrastructures and ethics of "bio-digitality" — a burgeoning domain of possible 'interfaces' that combine biological materials with an algorithmic understanding of the world.

She holds degrees in Industrial Design and Design interactions and is currently completing a practice-led PhD at the Royal College of Art in London. She publishes, teaches and exhibits internationally and has recently joined Nanyang Technological University in Singapore as Assistant Professor for Product Design.
