Bally und Bally present a selection of their furniture at the ATAKA LA TAKA design store in Haidhausen.
In their creations, the two furniture designers Merlin and Welf Bally always strive for maximum reduction while ensuring maximum stability. This masterful balance can be witnessed in their all-round table "Ataka", to name one example. The intelligent construction of solid wood, steel and rope results in a gracefully light interplay. The solid table top rests on top of two filigree steel frame and is held in place by lateral pins. The steel frames are connected with each other through the footboard, which is plugged onto the lower crossbars. Finally, the tightened rope encloses all parts and provides optimal stability to the entire table. Not one single tool is required for assembly.
The tool-free assembly and the plain commitment to solid wood furniture are recurrent features of the Bally and Bally collection.
