The biz2byte team, headed by their managing director Angela Domes, embarked on a journey in 2018: from the classic to the self-organised agency.

The goal: to prove that a human-centric organisation can be economically successful. Not although but because every person is welcome in their entirety and can thus best develop their potential: for the team and the clients. For this we need people with a new mindset, fearlessness, a high level of trust, new narratives, agile agency structures and the desire for a constant trial and error process.
