Mona Franz

Mona Franz is designer specialized in type and corporate design at the freshly founded studio Just Your Type. She is teaching at Hochschule München. In 2018 Mona graduated from the Royal Academy of Art’s TypeMedia masters in the Hague with Bridge Head and Text, now enhanced and published by TypeMates. Through her professional experience, she was working at/with corporate agencies like MetaDesign Berlin, Martin et Karczinski or Blackspace. Due to her special interest, jobs that would make use of her vector skills like the refresh of the Lufthansa crane logo or researching and briefing the new Lufthansa type kept landing on her desk. Mona likes to connect people and build bridges between several design disciplines – preferably with a workshop or a type walk.
