Christiane Bausback

Christiane Bausback is the owner and Managing Director of N+P Innovation Design in Munich and N+P Experience Design in Vienna – with over 23 years of experience in striving for innovation and shaping the future. Together with her international team she works with a range of companies from start-ups to global brands and focuses on creating holistic solutions that build businesses and create memorable experiences for all stakeholders. Over the years, Christiane has received national and international recognition, as well as several design awards including IDSA, Good Design, Red Dot, and iF. Parallel to her professional activities, she lectures in the D-A-CH-region and regularly presents keynote speeches, joins panel discussions, and is a mentor at innovation accelerators.
