Frans Joziasse

Frans Joziasse is the managing director of PARK and Grow. He studied in Delft and London, made his experience during his studies as an industrial designer, from this he founded a design agency in Rotterdam, which he led from 1986-1994. From 1995 in Frankfurt as a consultant in a management consultancy. In 1998 he founded PARK as the first worldwide consultancy in design management and design leadership. 21 years of experience with global companies such as Sony, LEGO, Staples, BMW and Hyundai/KIA. In 2012 he founded Grow, an educational institute in design management and design leadership. More than 1,000 students worldwide have graduated from the Grow program since then.
