Michael Dolz

Michael Dolz is a sociologist and social scientist with many years of expertise in the design of sustainable spaces, buildings and site solutions from a 360° perspective. Michael has worked conceptually and strategically in all real estate asset classes and has now found his focus in the conception and implementation of district concepts. Equipped with a teaching position at the CAU in Kiel, he is now responsible for the implementation of an innovative district concept in the state capital of Schleswig Holstein at the Kieler Nachrichten. En plus, he is involved as a social science advisor in meaningful mandates, is a committed volunteer and board member in the association co-founded by the creator of the "New Work" concept, Fritjhof Bergmann: NANK-Kiel e.V..
