Nils Schnell

Nils Schnell is managing director of MOWOMIND and expert on modern work forms and skill-driven approaches, working for companies such as Jimdo and Trivago. With a diploma in educational sciences and a focus on advanced education for adults, Nils combines his ten-year expertise as consultant, leadership coach and trainer with the work experience he gained in 40 countries and 130+ companies in the context of the Modern Work Tour. This re-edition of the Walz, a traditional custom among craftsmen to travel while working and to thus learn new techniques, on which he embarked together with his wife Anna around the world, granted them inspirational insights into different ways of working also published in book form. Nils is author of the books “New Work Hacks” and “Modern Work Tour”.
