Transformation in care versus staff shortages and rising costs. Time to sharpen the focus and status of digitisation.
The digital and analogue transformation of care is an absolute must. According to a new study by the Institute for Work and Technology in Gelsenkirchen (IAT), up to 600,000 full-time positions in care could be re-filled (also with former nurses) if the quality of working conditions in the care sector were improved.
Digitisation tools, for example, could significantly simplify documentation work and other administrative processes.
